Art in Yerevan

Yerevan, Armenia – 2016. I was very impressed by the amount and quality of the outdoor art works that were in many different areas in Yerevan, both on the street and in parks. One area in particular was called The Cascade which is a giant stairway in downtown Yerevan and founts a park (the Tamanyan Street Gardens and pedestrian zone) that goes for several blocks. The Cascade houses the Cafesjian Museum of Art and the park includes many statues and gardens. The Cascade has multiple levels with fountains and statues.
